Thursday Dec 17th - Last Day for Holiday Shipping Cut-off. Any orders received after Dec 17th will not be processed until Dec 28th.
Dec 18th - Dec 27th - Warehouse Closure. No orders will be processed or shipping during this time. Any orders received during this period will begin shipping Dec 28th in the order they were received. Please expect delay in processing time due to the high volume of transaction around this time of the year.
We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $60 within continental US & Hawaii. For all other orders shipping varies between $3.95 - $6.95 depending on the total order value.
For all other US territories & Canada there is a flat rate of $38.95.
We ship from Carlsbad, CA so transit time varies depending on the shipping location. It may take up to 10 business days within US. Hawaii, US Territories & Canada may take up to 21 business days.
Bay Sky will accept returns** for items purchased on the Bay Sky online store within 30 days from order date for refund or store credit. Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted. We do not do exchanges. You may return for refund or store credit and place a new order for the item, size, and color of your choice. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
**No returns are allowed on Final Sale items. All sales are final.
All returns MUST meet the following criteria:
• No scents or odors
• No rips or tears
• No other signs of being worn
• All tags must be attached
• All original packaging must be included
• No COD (Cash/Check on Delivery) packages will be accepted

Failure to return merchandise as listed above will result in the return being rejected and returned to the customer without credit. You will be contacted via phone and/or email if your return is being rejected. Your return will be sent back to the shipping address on your original order. You may also be charged a 15%. rejection processing fee for all rejected returns.

You can contact Customer Service by phone at 888-868-0588 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org to request your RMA#. Or you may use the prepaid return label that came with your package. Please note your order number outside the box. Also please write your tracking number down for reference.
All returns will incur a $7 return label fee that will be deducted from your refund total.
Please also write your order number clearly on the outside of the box for easier processing or your order will be rejected.
We are not responsible for any returned packages that are lost in transit. If your return warrants reimbursement of shipping costs, we cannot reimburse you for an amount greater than your original shipping cost.
You will be notified via email once your approved return has been received, inspected and processed. Refunds or Store Credits will be processed within 7-10 days.
A refund may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via e-mail when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
International Returns: The customer is responsible for all duties or taxes. If you return an item or refuse an item and we are charged a tax, that duty or tax amount will be deducted from your order total before we credit your account. You must contact us via email or phone for RMA information for all international orders.
